Incident Report for Lumo
There was a slowdown of alerts between 19:15 to 20:15 UTC on Dec 14th. The root cause was found to be related to the logging of alerts to a reporting dashboard leading to a database overload, which led to the slowdown. No flight subscriptions were lost in the process; this issue impacted only the timely delivery of alerts. The issue has been fixed, and the flow of alerts is back to normal.
