Poor system performance was observed, including slow API response times and delays in sending out alerts. The issue caused by recently-added feature that added quarantine information to the API payload. There was an error in the quarantine payload that caused the API payload to become too large to process, causing memory bottlenecks. The issue has been resolved, but it may take up to one hour for the obsolete alerts to be flushed out of the system and for response times to return to normal.
